Shipping

AAB ships worldwide:

• Free shipping on all orders within Hong Kong.

• HK$280 flat fee on all international orders.

• Free shipping on international orders above HK$16,000.

All Hong Kong orders are sent by Shun Feng Express. All international orders are shipped via FedEx.

International customers are responsible for all duty and taxes associated with the importation of merchandise.

We do not ship to Military/APO/FPO addresses.

Processing & Timing

We want you to receive your new purchase as quickly as possible. You will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order ships out.

It typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order. If you place your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. 

International orders are subject to be to flagged in customs for collection of duties and tax on imports. In this scenario, shipping time can be significantly delayed and in some cases the customer is required to retrieve their package from the customs office.

Returns

We accept unused items purchased from AABXY.com within 15 days from the date of purchase on all domestic orders. 

International orders are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email that your refund has been processed & issued. Any shipping charges applied to the order will not be refunded.
